Lived at the Lux for a year while in the Seattle area for a work assignment. My husband and I rented sight unseen and it was a mixed bag. The unit itself was a good size and had nice finishes and was, in my opinion, priced appropriately given the market/area. My main issues with the building were with management and the various "improvements" they introduced over our tenancy - electronic locks on doors, Fetch package service (which other tenants have touched on in their reviews), and a new app-based system for entry into the building itself. Communication around each of these changes was haphazard, confusing, and management was unwilling to take feedback from residents around the impact of these changes on our lives. In general, I saw a steep decline in the quality of the management team over the year I lived there and a general refusal to take responsibility for the building and its many issues (frequently broken garage door, garbage chute, a building safety alarm panel in the entry vestibule that frequently would go off in the middle of the night, etc.). It's not a terrible place to live, but you can do much better for your money.

I like the LUX condominium. The apartment is spacious and is nicely located in bellevue. I am in the first floor so I also have a patio but also have some noise from neighbors in upper levels.

Horrible... The gym was reservation based during the lockdown, except nobody followed the reservation and would steal your time. Then when it was open hours based, it was messy and dirty. The staff never cleaned up. The coffee machine was broken and leaking. They lied about the apartment being sound proof, I heard stomping and yelling everyday. The utility fees are ridiculous. Don't get me started on move out... Don't bother trying to get your deposit back, they will charge you for hundreds of dollars for mandatory fees. Also the resident lounge... I was up at night taking a phone call and walked in and saw a random man sleeping on the resident lounge couch.... So there's that too. Also it almost felt like one elevator was always not available to use. So, have fun being 3+ floors up and everyone waiting for the same one elevator.

Living at LUX was a great experience. The staff there is top notch and things got even better once Dani became property manager! I had lived here for 1 year and miss it. It was always super quiet. Location is obviously fantastic, in a very very safe neighborhood, just across the street from an excellent grocery store.
