The units are nice and modern, but almost every problem in the building has gone unaddressed. Constant break ins to cars and storage rooms, and they don’t bother to get new security cameras (the ones they have are too awful to be of use to anyone) or do literally anything to increase security and give tenants reassurance other than making empty statements that they’re “looking into it”. The elevator has been down for MONTHS. And now they’re trying to increase tenants’ rents by 25% after one year when they haven’t even done the slightest bit to address the *many* complaints residents have. Look elsewhere. Edit: Thank you SO much to the lady at the office who wouldn’t open the package room to let me look for a perishable package that was supposed to have been there 4 hours ago but wasn’t there. I’m so glad I have the privilege of not being able to get my own mail in an apartment I pay almost $2k a month for. Knocking this down to one star.

This place has a great location and I love living here at first, especially the modern decor. However, I have to say the security is getting worse recently. Lots of car break-ins happened in resident parking garage, people from outside getting into the building and holding parties. The building definitely needs better security and I really hope the management team can do further actions for these criminal activities.

I lived here a little over a year and just moved out due to moving out of state for another job. Great location and I enjoyed walking around Bellevue to Safeway, the movies, restaurants, even my dentist was in walking distance. The building is clean and well cared for and I especially enjoyed the staff. Michelle and Lori were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Thanks for the great year!

Lived here for about 30 months. Great community and great staff. Had only a single issue that required maintenance and it was resolved quickly on the same day. I especially would like to address the move out process, I've heard stories about issues that might take place when moving out of apartment complexes. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was very efficient and no extra charges were taken out of my deposit and every question I had (even after I had moved out) were answered quickly and professionally. I had to move out before the end of my lease (personal reasons) so when I received an email I'm due for a refund because the apartment was rented out it was a great and an unexpected surprise. TLDR: Great place. Great staff. highly recommended.
