I had the worst experience while touring the apartment. The tour was a self guided tour, where the management sends texts about the details. The map they sent was dumb in the sense that you cannot navigate around on your own. I waited in sun (on the phone call) for 15 minutes for someone to help me enter the building. When I did enter, the management person themself were unable to provide proper instruction on how to go to the right building, they kept giving dumb instructions "go to the end of the building, keep walking" , what is the end of the building for a person who visited for the first time? can you tell me which floor? which apartment number represents the end of the building? I tried to explain them multiple times about where exactly I am and asked about how should I proceed but again found them giving useless responses. They also hang up the phone multiple times and say " sorry it got disconnected" where I know they just disconnected on purpose and don't call you back. They literally leave you helplessly. I was also told the I am already a resident at the property (which I am not, duh! ), and this happened when I was trying to enter the building to tour apartment, so instead of helping me with getting a proper tour, they ask wrong uninformed questions. I will not go here again because of the worst experience I have had with the management. The management is not helpful at all. For viewing , finally I found a service person (janitor) whom I asked on how to enter the building and he helped me navigate. Apartments seem ok, but I spotted a dirty carpet in one of apartment, so not properly cleaned.

Update: 2021/12 I am coming back. The water leak issue is not a problem anymore. And I did not see any water leak issue in my building. It is a great apartment so I come back. It is very quiet and the maintenance team can fix everything you need. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I currently still live here. Water leak from the walls. Two machine just keep running through the days. I cannot barely live there. They will only tell you to ask your insurance company :(

Lived here for 3 years. Great location, close to a lot but also in a quieter area of Bellevue. Management was wonderful. Shout out to Krista who was a rock star during our time here, she was always attentive and responded quickly to emails. Overall, we had zero complaints while living here, maintenance orders got handled quickly etc. Thank you to the team at BellCentre for making your apartments feel like home. I would highly recommend living here.

It's been a good experience living here. Lovely staff and people. Any problem/question I've had has been addressed professionally and quickly. I would recommend it. Only downside to the D building is the daycare next door gets very loud (kids screaming) during the weekdays. Probably not a problem if you work 9-5 but otherwise something to consider.
