We stayed in Room 505 of the White Surf Condos in Daytona. On the first night we found the property was full of cockroaches, other bugs and several maintenance issues. We asked to be moved right away and was told nothing was available. We had no choice but to stay. The leasing company, Oceans Luxury Rentals sent someone to clean and the property was also sprayed. Even after spraying we still killed over 20 cockroaches. We found them mostly in the kitchen but were in other parts as well. We would find them crawling around our daughters bottles on the kitchen counters and in the living room where our kids were supposed to be able to play. So disappointing and a huge hindrance. On top of the dirty bugs, our front door would not seal and lock all the way which was a security issue and the blinds were falling apart and would not open and close correctly. Also the shower was not cleaned from previous visitors along with piles of sand throughout the unit. Our vacation was pretty miserable because of the room. We had asked for half of our money back but was only given a small portion. After spending over $2000, we don't feel we were treated fairly for what we had to put up with. An overall terrible experience. I don't recommend staying here or using Oceans Luxury Rentals.

Beautiful location but we visited end of Feb 2022 and almost entire building on the outside is under construction which made for a loud experience. I would check ahead of time before you book to see if they are still working.
