Our family loves this place. We have returned there many years. The facility is super clean and well maintained. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Well, I just read my review from 10yrs ago. I'm confessing to my dismay marine terrace is not nearly as nice as it was then. We visit as owners every year. I went to the owners meeting while I was there and I made complaints about the president of the association parking his car in the garage in the no parking fire space and apparently has been there for weeks on end as his private garage. There are piles of Rusty luggage carts and lumber stacked against the outside walls of the building on the ground floor creating what I'm certain the fire marshal will also frown on as a fire hazard. Exterior doors are rusting through on the outside restrooms and maintenance access doors, chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck are in disrepair, the hot tub is not reliable and can't be repaired. The in-house maintenance crew has been doing some floor replacements in various units and they still don't know how to install it professionally and used a 16 oz framing hammer to beat the floor tile into place. Walking through the parking garage you can't help but notice that there's piles of Rusty stuff and scrap efforts going on in the basement for the maintenance crew to scrap out various appliances or copper from air conditioning units and making it their private hobby grounds where you don't even know and recognize that there's a diesel generator hiding behind partitions in there which is likely not been exercised in over a year. On site management needs to shape up or face extinction this year.

This is a wonderful resort. My family comes here every year for our family reunion and it is so fun. The rooms are great and it has a great spot next to the beach. I love the Marine Terrace.
