I loved staying here. The rooms my family were in were amazing! Had issues with the keys though for the building in some of the areas. Had to do allot of jiggling to get them to work at times. But overall it was an amazing stay. I definitely would go back.

Our condo was very nice, getting in and out of this place was terrible. The "key" they give you only works part of the time. I won't go back

Well we have rented 3 condos at horizons 2 out of 3 we're good.however do not rent 1203 and don't trust vrbo cuz they have no standards and horrible service.the guy that owns 1203 is a clown.and vrbo don't care where do I start to say 1203 needs and remodel is a understatement the refrigerator had rust all over it barely worked barely any furniture at all come no nightstands no dresser so better keep your cloths in suitcase for a week nice view of ocean oh wait no chair so we had to buy chairs the bed was probably worst then a prison the condo is a joke when you pay dollar you expect better then a vacant house good luck talking to the owner he won't answer or return you call he is a clown.call vrbo and they say not there problem well what do they do besides take money and protect a crook do yourself a favor don't rent 1203 don't use vrbo they don't care they might have to see us in court shame on you vrbo
