Arrived to pick up my one week in advance car rental. The guy behind the counter says I tried to call you to tell you I don't have any mustang's, I say oh, your the person who rang my phone once, 40 mins ago and didn't leave a voice mail, and isn't that a mustang right there in front of your entrance door? that's for someone else he says, later he changed it to he couldn't rent it as there was a police report that it was stolen and then a third sorry. My belief is I had it reserved for a special of $310 for 5 days and somebody else was willing to pay more. The agent was very unhelpful and had the attitude of caring less. Said all he could do was give me a compact car but for more$. That's when I walked out the door. Never ever deal with Budget Daytona again!

So I booked my reservation online and when I went to pick up my truck they charged me $150 extra on top of what I paid online. The person works there said it’s a deposit and I will get it back after returning the truck back. It’s been over a month now and still didn’t get my “deposit” back and they aren’t answering the phone calls anymore.
