Agree with previous reviewers. The public parking on the side of the building is convenient bc of the beach access and when you don’t have the parking permit in hand but SO sketchy regarding the bathrooms and the rowdy or homeless people that might appear. The check in is also anxiety provoking if you don’t have detailed instructions ahead of time bc there is NO FRONT DESK to ask questions to. Somehow I got to ask a tenant (yes a tenant, that said they lived there, not a guest) that was coming out of the building about what to do. They were gracious enough to say I was supposed to be given a unit # with a passcode but we checked my booking and they said it was strange I didn’t have all the information on the booking site. So they told me to call. The # on Google is invalid, I had to call 2 different numbers on Expedia to get someone on the phone (who polite enough to tell me the pass is physically inside the unit designated). You have to figure out how to get a parking pass even if you do not need access to room before 4p, which results in “checking in” via phone call “early” bc the permit is supposed to be physically inside the room. Otherwise, the room and bathroom that we got were clean and had enough paper towels, bathing towels soap shampoo conditioner. However the hallways were poorly lit. There was no phone inside the unit to call the hotel coordinator in case of electric or water or safety emergencies or to simply ask questions. I would definitely not recommend for solo travelers.

Well I give them 0 stars, I booked a room in May for a stay in the beginning of June. The site let me book the room, took my money and was sent a automated email advising the room wasn’t available for those dates of service. I have been trying since May to get my 346 dollars back…. But I am guessing that isn’t going to happen. I wouldn’t suggest booking here EVER!
