Daytona Beach Club is a good one for this except that it's all condos you have to buy in however. However directly across this street are many apartment buildings that rent exactly in that range look down on Riverview and Glenview
Stay away! I rented an Airbnb in this building a while ago. Very bad experience. Run down, sketchy ,drug usage and homeless everywhere. There are much better options in this area.
