Don't rent, management and leasing and maintenance are rude,they lie no people skills,they don't fix anything,the property and buildings are dirty and unhealthy most of time they are in clock they are gone and nowhere to be found,I don't know why greystone property management doesn't fire all of them

Called in and asked about a townhouse and even with help of section 8 house voucher you have to make 2 times the rent if someone was making that kind of money i dont think they would need a house voucher

I use to love it here but now i don't like it so much. When I moved in there has been roaches and a mice infestation so bad in my apartment. At first we would call and go down to the office and they will send someone out but the more we came about the issue they will say they will send somebody but nobody shows up so we took the initiative to by the products and kill them ourselves. I'm spending to much money to kill what they should have done. I do not recommend anyone to live here.

Where do i even begin? There are rowdy kids running around everywhere. Noisy upstairs neighbors! Sounds like a heard of elephants running above our head at all hours (no exaggeration, i promise). Multiple complaints have been filed and issues still persist. There is always trash everywhere. There is currently a hair peice left under the stairs by our door...i wanted to see if it would get cleaned up by office staff for appearance purposes and it has currently been there for a month. I got sick of picking up after everyone. When i first moved in, i was spending 10 to 15 minutes a night picking up trash. I gave up after 3 months. It's bad. Don't rent here. Be smart. Use discretion. You've been warned.
