This place is garbage and the workers are useless (because everything is over their head). Should be condemned. And if you think you’re moving here to save money, think again, because their windows and doors aren’t updated which makes your electric bill double, sometimes triple the amount it would be at another apartment. It’s been 3 months since I reported a mold problem. Haven’t fixed it. Reported it to the health department but the owners of these apartments didn’t flinch because they’re used to dealing with them.

Please do not move here. Maintenance is terrible. Office never answer the phone or they're close due to "emergency" . Pest pest pest. Lots of mice and roaches in ALL apartments here. The pest control only comes out 1 time every 5 months if that. If u are looking for a clean and safe place to have a family or even just for you this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Can't wait for my lease is up in June

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Please do not waste your money. I know they are cheap for a first time apartment renter but please take your money somewhere else. This was me and my fiancé first apartment with our daughter and I regret it. The office lady terra is nice but other then that I hate this place. No updates at all sense the 70’s. Toilet over flows all the time. People are always fighting outside. About a month ago about 10 cars had there back windows smashed in and the apartment did NOTHING about it. Didn’t even call the police, I had too. My front door has been broken for the past 6 months I’ve lived here. You can barley open the door, you have to put your whole body weight up on it to open it. There’s no park so kids are always running in streets and causing problems. Pool is run down and isn’t open half the time because “they don’t want to open it” maintenance said that not me. Maintenance walks in on us ALL THE TIME. I was walking around after my shower (thankful in a towel) and I walk into my living room and there’s a maintenance guy standing in my living room. Didn’t get no call, I didn’t hear a knock or anything. He didn’t yell or nothing. He said “my ac was leaking” goes and checks on it and there’s nothing wrong at all. Now I’m a female writing this and it scared me having some random dude in my house. I’m just gonna leave this here. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. I’m currently trying to get out of my lease so I can move somewhere else. I always say give a place a try even tho other people hate it, well don’t give this place a try. Not worth it. PS- they have a mice and bug problem, lucky my cat chased the mice away but nothing for the bugs. Recommend Yorktown apartments or polo runs apartments. Both great prices for new renters and are very clean. Have a good day!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I have lived in these apartments for several years and if I financially could, would move out of these apartments and NEVER look back. Here's a list of reasons why they deserve less than a one star rating: The Maintenance Its as if the requirements of their position is a basic first grade reading level and knowing the difference between a Phillips and Flathead screwdriver. They're unprofessional, completely unqualified, lazy, and useless. It takes them WEEKS and sometimes MONTHS to come to your apartment to fix something and even when they do come, they either don't know how to fix, or temporarily fix until it falls apart a day or two later. They take up resident parking. They've also been known to let themselves into apartments, without permission, and steal things. They have no integrity in their work and should ALL (except Jerry) be fired tomorrow morning. The Main Office: It was a joke up there. The staff is constantly changing. No one knows anything about their jobs. No one has any answers. They're disorganized, unprofessional, uninformed, and have absolutely no compassion for the tenants who have real problems and concerns in regards to their apartments that they grossly overpay for. You have to call up at the office at least FOUR times before some one bothers to pick and even then, they give the same passive, pre rehearsed answers just to shut you up. You have to call several times a week just to get something "fixed" in your apartment. Poor communication is saying the least. The Grounds: You can see dog feces as far as the eye can see. You can't walk ten feet away from your apartment door without seeing crap on the ground. I pick up my dog's droppings religiously, but at this point, its like, Why bother? At night, its not a safe neighborhood. You'll see random, suspicious men walking in and out of the apartments at all hours of the night and teenagers running around, damaging property. The apartments are poorly lit at night. There have been several vehicular break ins. My own car was personally damaged, both front tires were slashed. People leave their trash outside of the dumpsters, such as mattresses, furniture, etc. There's been broken glass up and down the sideways. With all that being said, you can have your own two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for just $700 a month with a lease no less than a year!! How could you pass all this up, I ask you??!

I've been here going on four years. Only because no choice. The first two years I was here the pool never opened. Last year was the first year it was open and I always have an excuse why it's not open. Preventive maintenance is lacking

Can i go swimming there if i dont live there?

DRIPPY VLOGS | May 7, 2019

Yes, you can swim with out being a resident there; however...you must be a guest of a resident. If I am renting there, I can invite a non resident to swim, but I have to be there with them. That was the stipulation at sign in on lease, however the pool hasn't been open for some time due to repairs or damage from vandals.

Do they run credit checks
