Edit: I had my first encounter today with yohan definitely not what I expected! I've decided to give him a chance with him being a newer property manager I'm sure alot was thrown at him all at once. But the kind attitude and profressionalism I got from him today and help was all we've been wanting from older management. I hope we can make this work because all in all we've been in pangea for a lil over 3 years now. I never had any issue with neighbors and it is always quiet. I hope we can get into the apartment we deserve here with his help. 🙏

Incredibly decent apartments. Sometimes call backs for voicemails or availability when calling the office is a little lacking but they respond in the end and every one is very pleasant.

All they do is take your money for application fee and deny you. They are thieves. Take your money just to tell you no. Asked them for what they required to be approved and all they said was need to pass a background check. Which I can assure we did. No criminal record, never missed any payments to housing, and I have had background checks done for the last 21 years for my job and passed every one. They are thieves

My daughters dad, Moved in the first of the month it has now been 24 days since he moved in, I was just at his house dropping my daughter off and a mouse ran across the floor, not only that but it’s like the apartment isn’t even finished, mind you they changed his apartment on move in day because the other one was not ready, I would not recommend anyone moving here, in parking is a mess for visitors they have only one parking lot for visitors and it’s all the way by the office so if you come visit someone and they live in the back baby you will have to walk back there or have someone pick you up from the office. I’m so not comfortable with letting my daughter stay at her dads with mice running around my daughter is little and she still plays on the floor!! Ugh I truly hope that the get his apartment together!! For my daughter sake!
