Ssgt. Cothern guided my whole process of enlistment. I’m writing this as I’m on my way to basic training and all I can think of is how grateful I am that I was provided this opportunity. Thank you so much USAF Recruiting Office of Plano. Until next time.

Went through the recruiting process with TSgt. Band and SSgt. Akers last year and just graduated out of Basic in June! These two are extremely knowledgeable and they always provided solid feedback, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns as well. Glad I went through Plano AF Recruiting!

I had talked to a recruiter late July of 2020. TSgt Band was the man who answered the phone and was my recruiter to this day. He did everything to get me in a signed as fast as possible. He also made sure to help me get my number one choice and I did. It was only slow when MEPS was full but it was no problem because I still had my senior year of High school. It was an amazing experience and I’d go back and do it all over again. I leave for BMT the day after Labor Day. They are amazing people who put you before anything. Big thank you to SSgt Cothern stepping in for band and finding out what her DEP would like to do and how things should go. Another thank you to TSgt Akers for the stories of his experience and being another face to talk to. Amazing people and I highly recommend using them if you decide to serve in the Greatest Air Force.
