My update on Regency Park Apartments maintenance to me is very awesome it's still friendly and nice here and it's getting better and there are no roaches or rats this is a great place to live and the pool is awesome

When running kitchen sink water there's only enough water to wash hands , I seen duck tape to keep the cold air out , roaches are feasting, my friend has been fighting roaches since she has been living there I feel bad for her , so please don't let your love one's move in a place that's so deployable. and in humane

I love my townhouse. Seems to be pretty cool place. Everyone I've met in neighborhood so far seem to be good people. I've only dealt with Tammy at the office and she was awesome

Yeah definitely when there's rats and bugs and everything else and they say they spray well I've never seen it
