I moved out March 1. Here it is middle of May and I’m just now receiving my deposit. The office staff is rude. Once I did finally receive my deposit they charge me $120 for “deep cleaning” and said they charge all of their tenets this. This was not in my lease. I’ve been trying to get a hold of higher management with no luck. The inside of the apartments are nice however. Never had any issues outside of management.

Mrs. Taylor very poor manager , if you aren’t her kids that currently love in these apartments, She does not care at all. Neighbors are very noisey , mold in every corner of the apartment . If you are on the bottom level beware of very loud knocking noise everything your above neighbor cuts on their water or flushes their toilet.

You will not get anything fixed around here. Management Mrs. Taylor only is there to collect a pay check. Apartments are very old and need ALOT of upgrades. MOLD EVERYWHERE

The is the worst Apartment to live, the Manager loves money so bad, that he doesn't care about the customers, he will calculate anything to get money from you. Also, extremely rude staff, especially a lady on the left when you go into the office, she is a moster. She will talk to anybody anyhow. and the worst part of it is their utility bills, if you are not at home even in a month your ipl will be around $120 to 180. And if IPL send bill to apartment, they will charge you $25 to 40 even if is a mistake
