This apartment complex is in a nice area, apartments have nice patio space and the community has shopping and parks nearby. I lived here when it was Beech Grove Village and the apartments were good for someone starting out, plenty of closet space and affordable. When the complex was sold to Ardizzone Group, they decided to upgrade the apartments, which was needed, but the open concept takes away dining room space, cabinet space, and bathrooms lack cabinet space. Residents are being charged cleaning fees for apartments that are going to be torn apart and redone. For this area, rent is now one of the highest I have found.

Absolutely lovely place. Candy is a dream to work with. The staff is always prompt, friendly, and timely. The remodel is gorgeous. Well worth what you pay for. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about the rent going up, but the thing they don’t mention is the ENTIRE apartment is gutted and redone. All brand new appliances, washer and dryer in unit. Truly a brand new place. The bathroom is so pretty too! Actual tile. It’s amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. With a second floor apartment, we have a lovely balcony and it’s just so nice. The ONLY complaint I have is the complex next to us, NOT owned by them. Straw ridge? I think? They can be loud at times. But that’s totally out of 9th’s control! Love being here! Love working with them!

My experience has been great. From the office staff to maintenance. I love the area, it's quiet. I love the new appliances and washer and dryer inside the unit. The area is perfect because everything you can think of is around in this location!!!!

Solid overall place to live. Had some issues with pests that lasted longer than I liked but the leasing office took the time to make sure it was resolved. My unit was an older building & certainly far from perfect but i believe the renovations they’re making throughout the property will clean up some of those issues. Overall solid place to live & I’ve always had positive interactions with the leasing staff.
