On 9/11/22 I was hit by a suv in the grocery store parking lot. On 10/18/22 the np at my doctors office ask me if I could come in at 8:45am to the office so she could explain the results of my MRI to me I said yes but when she came in room I could tell she was already upset about something she became rude when I asked her about my MRI results I needed to know what was new and she didn't want to take the time to tell me she said she got other patients to see . I asked for copy of my MRI and she didn't give me one my caregiver had to go back up there to get one and one of my meds was also due when I was there she said she was sending it in but I had to call her for 3 days before I got my medicine people shouldn't have to go through that just to get their medicine or results of there test.

I have been a patient of Dr Ratino"s for a short time. I have been greatly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and with Dr Ratino. I read the reviews and can't understand the low reviews. He is definitely Number One in .y book The thing I would change is the way the phones are answered

I have the pleasure of having Dr. Tom as my doctor in this office. He and his staff are absolutely top notch. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have what is necessary for your care plan. Everyone has there own care plan, no 2 people are the same. They are very thorough in their decisions of how to handle everyone's individual needs. Thank you again Dr. Tom and staff. 🙂🧡 Update: 10-13-22 I absolutely can't express my gratitude enough towards Dr. Tom and the entire staff. When I say there all fantastic, I mean every word. From the receptionist, to scheduling, to all the absolutely fantastic people that are involved with procedures, and the full attention of the staff, if by phone or in person, they make you feel at ease and actually will listen to your concerns and make a plan towards helping you or your loved ones back to having mobility. Thank you everyone for actually caring, listen, helping, going the extra mile, etc....I wish every Doctor's office was like this one, other office's should take notes. --Also for the individuals who complain and say nasty things about this office are the patients who can't follow simple steps and instructions.

You will need to have a referral from a doctor to be seen. Can't be self diagnosed pain. But to answer your question, yes he prescribes it and the mgs depends on your pain level and the reason for the pain.

Is anybody else having trouble calling the office today? Our calls aren't going through.

Brandon Ferguson | Nov 4, 2019

The phones were out of service for 3 days. I finally drove down there. When I told tge front desk all she said was yes & it’s so peaceful!!!! I was furious. I said do you understand doctors & hospitals can’t call either. She just repeated herself!!!! That didn’t help my attitude! But I’ve seen Dr Ratino for 12 years & he has always taken care of me. If not I would of been out of there long ago based on the front desk. I miss David doing the pain pump refills. He was always fast & timely. May he Rest In Peace! Liz is an angel too. I rarely ever see her cause she does something in the back instead of doing the vitals & stuff on patients! She was always very pleasant & it’s like seeing family when you do see her!!! Dr Ratino is a Good dr But he has the government breathing down his neck & limiting what he can & cant do. It’s because of our government & insurance companies trying to dictate what is best for us sight unseen rather than letting the doctor that sees care for us.

What can l do if my prescription was stolen from my mail box by my home health Aide? I have already contacted the police

Yvette Hill | Nov 3, 2020
Juliet Toler | Nov 3, 2020

If you contacted police, make sure you have the case or report number. Then call the doctor and speak to him or his pa. Tell them what happened, and give them the case number or report number; this backs up what you're saying, and ask them what can be done to replace your meds. I don't know what can be done under the law, but Dr Ratino's office will know, and they're the only ones who can help. Just please, get that case number. It's very important. Patients try all the time to get extra drugs by claiming theirs were stolen, and the police report is the only thing that's proved you're telling the truth.
