Buyer Beware for Healthcare. Went for a physical and we discussed my allergies and I was provided a recommendation. As a result, they charged me for both the physical AND another appointment for mentioning my allergies during the physical. Nevermind they have you complete forms discussing your health. When I called to contest it, they told me that's their coding choice. Got it. I will never go back.

The front desk people are awful. I haven't had the best experiences with the staff. I had lab work done and no one called me to discuss my results. Instead, I called to inquire and was told "Oh, the nurse hasn't called yet? She was supposed to." The doctor I'm seeing is just fine but everyone else I have had contact with makes me want to find a different PCP.

I needed lab work done for school and was going to pay out of pocket for labs. Literally all I wanted to be seen for and was told they don't accept new patients without insurance. I do not have insurance due to my PRN status at work.
