The office staff is stellar while you are at the location. Call backs, however, are non-existant. My patient has lung cancer and covid. I have called several times for assistance or advise. I have yet to ever receive a call back from the physician on call or a nurse... we always just go on to ER.

Doctors are inadequately or poorly educated.in other words I would call them peasants. Some barely speak English and you will have hard time understanding them

This place is the absolute worst. I've got a grandmother who's not doing so well and the staff doesn't seem to really care about their patients. This place is unprofessional and disorganized. There's a lot of negative attitudes over the phone and there's always a runaround with everything. Please, if anyone has a loved one who's looking for a great healthcare facility avoid this one. I think it's sad that places like this are even in business if they can't care to provide exceptional healthcare service.

Made appointment which they cancelled on me and lady was extremely rude on the phone. Rescheduled appointment and upon arriving was told my appointment was for a different time. Great doctors but front desk staff needs a lot of help. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I should of read reviews before trusting this place with my health and time.

Apologies if this is a delayed response; we got no notification of this question. The answer depends on the provider you're trying to see and the urgency of the condition. (A potentially cancerous lung mass takes precedence over asthma.) Our nurse practitioners often have sooner availability than our critical care physicians. Also, another of our locations may have different availability.
