Was denied my appointment because I had an outstanding balance. The receptionist let everyone in the waiting area know I owed money and my appointment today was denied. She shamed me. Your motto should be "profits over patients" will NEVER go back there

Interesting that I had to pay $845 just for a doctor to order blood tests and an MRI for my partner. Your time seems very valuable, but you have no problem wasting your patient's time. I'm happy to know my partner's brain is healthy. He is an autistic man with a history of seizures and concussions so we wanted to make sure everything was okay (and it was thank God). After meeting with the doctor to go over the test results, the doctor grilled my partner about his financial and employment status. Making condescending remarks with misogynistic undertones about disability and unemployment. Some people have to live on disability. We can't all be able bodied doctors who make 6 figures a year. Autism and seizures have a correlation so maybe do your research. A monkey can order a blood test, but it takes real intelligence and empathy to communicate and understand your patient and see things holistically. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and the woman who took my partner's vitals - lovely. The office is clean and efficient, but the doctor is mediocre at best. Maybe the language barrier was part of the problem. Who knows. I don't really care. Educate yourself. Do better.
