I would highly NOT recommend this place!!! I came in for elbow pain and told Dr. Heil I’ve had cortisone/steroid shots before which helped and that was what I preferred. That’s what we did, of course he mentioned what else I should do like stem cell etc, i opt out… which I’m so glad I did!! Just for that shot, I have a $500 bill which I’m in the process of dealing with my insurance to review… it says I had drainage done and other random things! That was 2years ago and I’m still having their billing company reaching out. Management sucks! Can’t get a hold of anyone. Phone number on google directs you to on call center and will give you a hard time if you want to get transferred to the office. I’d rather have dealt with the physical pain I had than deal with this roller coaster of gouging insurance companies and patients.

I was referred here by my PCP. And hoping i can mask the pain until i get some type of long term solution. MRI done before 3rd visit and he said steroid shots to my spine shall do the trick.i ask for a temporary solution until the procedure. Nothing.he said I just keep on doing excercise not knowing how hard and painful it is. Now he wants me to do a CT scan. Well i aint a bag of $. What would u think if ur in my shoes. If i have an option for no stars than i would pick that. Spent dam near $1k with insurance with no relief. Dr Heil i wish u understand and put urself in ur patience shoes. Thanks for your time.

I have tried to get my medical records sent to a different pain management company for 2 months and they either say that they don't have the paper work or we are sending it right away. One person doesn't know what the other person is doing.

Started going to this location after my previous doctor was kicked out of network. It's extremely clean and a much shorter wait time than the Hurst location

I would suggest that you call their office in Keller. Ask for Maria. I was receiving care for my arthritis in my lower back and neck. They provided steroid injections, nerve burning and pain medications, and they require monthly follow up appointments and on-site drug screening if they are prescribing opiates for your pain. They are polite and professional and the procedures are performed in Haslet. The procedures I received were very effective. Unfortunately I couldn't continue my pain management with them due to distance (from Mineral Wells) and scheduling conflicts on my end. I hope this helps a little.
