Our elected leaders like Sen. Chuck Schumer have found it in their hearts to stop almost all evictions during the pandemic, while the infection rate is high to avoid the possibility of a further spread of the infection. There are means available to a landlord in a distress situation to pursue an eviction, there are also a means to challenge a tenants declaration of hardship, get help from a recognized expert for your own sake.

When I was so stressout about home situation I went to Jack and told me not worry, After my first visit with I was so relief with all that been going later on I also offered to give him more money and he refused to take money from me
