Worst doctors office I have ever been to. I was hit by an eighteen wheeler coming to get my head checked. Front lady was rude. Doctors made me sit in waiting room for over an hour when I was early to my appointment. And over all not helpful.

Dr Hughes is a fantastic doctor. I have been seeing her since 2012. I was originally referred to her during a time other doctors were sending me to any specialitst they could think of to see if we could find a solution to a dizzying amount of symptoms. Dr Hughes was able to do just that. She really listens and treats me as an intelligent person capable to understanding my health, a quality many doctors are without. I'm very happy with my care.

When I called to see if they were in network with my insurance company and was assured that they were. When I received my statement of benefits from Humana it stated they were out of network. I called back and they insisted that they were. Long story short they hadn’t updated their paperwork with Humana. I was told they would accept what Humana paid would be payment in full. Then I received a notice from a collection agency. I called and was assured once again that I would not be responsible for the difference. Today I received a message saying I needed to pay even though they made the error. a DON’T go there.

Dr. Nwosu is ineffective and in my personal opinion apathetic or lazy. I've asked for records, I did not get a response (as of 3 weeks). I called twice during business hours, left a message both times and have never gotten a call back (calls made 2 and 3 weeks ago respectively). I was told specifically a treatment was forthcoming, that has not happened (over 4 weeks).
