Medicare and Medicaid

Although you asked this question a year ago, I decided I'd answer your question anyway since I know the answer. YES, they do accept Medicare and Medicaid as recently as September 2020. Also, I noticed that you were told that he's not accepting new patients. Unless he's limiting or capping the number of Medicare/Medicaid patients, as recently as October 2020 he's accepting patients insured through employer based plans. If this answer is no longer needed by you, hopefully this will be helpful to someone else.

You must get a referral from another pain management dr or your PCP to get accepted as a new patient. But he does accept Medicare & Medicaid.
