The building is nice and the staff are friendly. But please for the love of god stop making us use Fetch delivery. I hate it. Everyone I know hates it. Also would be a huge benefit to have more security as it seems like the garage is regularly broken into. The parking garage break-ins are a pretty serious issue and while I’ve lived here I haven’t seen slate do anything to improve the security.

Just moved in a few months ago. Moved from West Seattle. Love the neighborhood.... can’t complain as we have so many stores we need around us. Also, Ballard is only a five minute drive. Management is amazing. A special thank you to Suzanne and Nick!

I've lived at Slate coming on three years. Over the years, I've seen this building go through different management. With the recent change, the environment, culture and staff have changed. I'm very humbled to be happy living in a place where maintenance is around the clock, management is friendly and genuine and even the partners who upkeep the cleanliness here, are friendly and happy to be here. The biggest reason I stay at this building and do not plan on moving, the staff. It's not often you come across a place where you want to stay and call "home" even when your real home is 3,000 miles away. Thank you Slate for making it "home" for me here in Seattle. -A very pleased resident
