To whom it may concern, I am a resident that moved in back in April of last year and I have been meaning to send this for quite a while now. The team here at Pike Motorworks is outstanding. I moved here from the East Coast and my leasing associate Morgan was very professional and made my move effortless. The management team especially Trey has been phenomenal. All my concerns have been addressed quickly and the resident events over the past year have made it easy to make friends in the building. The holiday celebration was well executed and so much fun. The management team in this building is unprofessional, disorganized, and slow to respond to service requests unless threatened with legal action. During our time here (1.5 years), they have: 1. Mixed up our move in date, resulting in the apartment not being ready for occupancy on the date they assigned (and then forgot about). This was particularly problematic as we had just moved cross-country to get here. 2. Took 3 months to repair our washer. They only responded to our request for a new one because we informed them they were violating tenant laws by failing to resolve the service request in a timely manner. 3. Assigned us a parking space that belonged to someone else. We were forced to park in another space in the garage as a result, and accidentally took someone else's spot. We received several angry, disrespectful phone calls from the leasing agent, who insisted that we had not been assigned a spot at all, and demanded that we move our car immediately. He also told us that we were not being charged for parking, despite already having paid the parking fee in our resident portal. Only after providing the written documentation that clearly showed their office had in fact assigned us a parking space (that already belonged to someone) did the team assign us a new spot. Overall, the experience here has been poor. I would try and find another building/management association if possible.

Most expensive mistake. Trash trucks and grocery store sounds starting at 4 AM and going until 11 PM did not allow me to get quality sleep, only way to drown the sound was a white noise machine and noise cancelling headphones, I was not warned about these sounds during my tour of the building. This made for a poor living experience.

We recently moved into Pike Motorworks and have had an amazing experience so far. The location is unbeatable and the apartments and amenities are super nice. The staff is exceptional and we had a great move-in experience with Trey and Brooke, as well as fantastic support from the maintenance staff for handling any post-move setup like internet and electricity. Super highly recommended!
