This place treats you like a VIP living in a hotel. We were delighted day one from leasing with James, to being greeted by Fleetwood, Paula, and Justin by name, to getting timely repairs by Robert and Nicholas, and hosting of rooftop brunch by the staff! The amenities are beautiful and plentiful. I love everyday here.

We love living at Viktoria! Incredible views, friendly supportive staff, and everything is well maintained. Robert the maintenance man is so kind to our dog and always sorts our any apt needs we have in a timely manner. Justin and Fleetwood at the front desk have the best attitude perfectly professional and pleasant. 5 stars!

I've had a great experience living at Viktoria apartments. Everyone in the leasing office is kind and helpful. My dog and Robert (from the maintenance team) have an unbreakable bond as she literally only rings the bell to go out when she hears him in the hallway. The rooftop is incredible as you can get a great view of Seattle and the surrounding mountains.

I have been a resident here for more than two years now. It is one of the best apartment buildings in Downtown Seattle at a price point that is reasonable. The views from the rooftop are the best you will find in this area - better than any rooftop bar in Seattle. I also like the management team here and especially the associates who help you out on a daily basis. In particular, Robert has been great at solving issues that some times crop up in my unit. I highly recommend this building.
