I have applied unit for one of our client who come from AFG, when they visited the area and chat with the resident of apartments most of people gave them negative idea base of security, cleanliness and property management behavior so by the ends of the day they denied to process their application even I already paid $200 for their holding fee and their application fee they said forget about what you did on behalf of us but we don’t want to live their.

This place is absolutely disgusting. This is literally this morning. Trash every where. Maintenence and the office not doing their jobs. I've been waiting over a month for them to fix stuff. When I moved in my tub leaked for 2 weeks before I had to have someone force them to come fix it. There have been 6 shootings with deaths in the 2 months I've been here as well. Cops are here DAILY. managent refuses to pick up their phones so no one gets any service here at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOURE DESPERATE AND EVEN THEN I WOULD SAY STAY HOMELESS.

Wanted to give this place a shot despite all the terrible reviews. The floor plans appear to be beautiful, spacious and pricing is within my budget. Scheduling a tour or trying to get someone to answer the phone has been less than pleasant. Instead of returning my phone calls, they insist on texting me. Was told they have units available for rent but none for touring? Doesn’t make sense to me. Then, I was directed to check out their virtual tour online. The only unit with virtual touring available is a 4b, 2b. One I’m not interested in. I’ve decided to go elsewhere. Trying to move into this place, schedule a tour or speaking to a live person has been a hassle alone.

I've lived here before, and I have family who still stays here. I don't even know where to start on the unfulfilled complaints and cleanliness needed BAD in this Apartment complex. I honestly think they may need new management if they haven't refreshed the office already. But between the police calls, fights, rats in the park having their way like they belong there. Lol I just CANT! .. soooo .. SIGN A LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. That's all I gotta say. I stayed 6 months and got tf out of there quick. But I will say, the management I worked with was coo as a fan, til I started having issues and they weren't really resolved. So there's that. Happy Apartment Hunting!

It’s pretending, not sure if they are nice and helpful when it comes to providing clear answers or actual helpful recommendations, they will charge you daily, lie to you about the chargers, send you to collections and pretend to be helpful and when they could’ve stopped all of it by doing their job.
No. They won't open them at all. Not even the office is open and they won't answer or call back. The maintenance line says he's always on the phone. Even when they were open, which never lasted long, because the delinquents here break Everything. You will never use the gym, computer room, movie theater, pool or basketball court.

I'm not sure. This is a big property and the buildings are lettered and numbered, but I think it's most likely one of the units above a garage. Sorry I can't more specific. Like I said its a big place.
It is a beautiful apartments, no cockroaches or bugs or anything, cheap, and friendly community. There is alot of ghetto people that smoke here and the garbage place near the park smells terrible. Also, parking is a nightmare since people that don't live here come visit family and take up all the parking space so good luck parking. If you have a new car, it will get dented and sat on by the kids. Nice place, but isn't the best place to live.
