Yes. I believe $500 is the standard Hyundai discount.
Yes they definitely will do that, I had a recall on mine, went there fixed it and kept communicating with me on the car.
Hmm, though am not a staff, but i think that should be possible since it's a branch of same company. There were 2 recalls on my car and once it was checked and confirmed, they took care of it. So I want to believe it should applicable.
I would start with the General Manager but if that doesn't resolve your issue you can contact the corporate office.
