They present a really welcoming environment. The consultants project knowledge, sincerity and trustworthiness. I really like this dealership. I bought my car from a Ford/KIA dealership. I needed to find a VW dealer to service my Jetta. I like these guys and I'll let them service my 2021 Jetta GLI. I had my Jetta serviced. I got the result I was looking for. Great service!

Drove all the way to Maryland to pick up my certified pre-owned GTI from Pohanka VW and the process couldn't have been easier! Was able to negotiate my trade in value, a final price, estimated monthly payment and a pickup date all over the phone. Once at Pohanka my sales consultant Demarco was welcoming, friendly and accommodating as he had me set up in the finance office within 10 minutes of arriving, which I greatly appreciated since it was a long trip back home. Once in finance Zachary was a pleasure to work with, not once did I feel pressured to buy an extended warranty or any other protection plans, and he did his best to work on getting me the best interest rate on my loan. Great looking showroom as well. I could not recommend Pohanka VW enough to anyone in the market and would most certainly make the road trip back again all the way from NY.
