Brandon has been great helping me through the application process. He is timely, responsive and professional. During my walkthrough, I was shown a different apartment as mine was not available for showing at the moment. I was told my apartment was newly renovated with vinyl flooring throughout and carpet only in the bedrooms. This was a deciding factor in me deciding to accept and move in as I am expecting a baby and did not want to deal with much carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, on move in day, I found that my apartment had carpet all throughout and was only “semi-renovated”. Brandon reached out to the manager regarding this and I am hoping the situation can be rectified since I was promised something I did not get. Otherwise, I have been enjoying the apartment, neighborhood seems pretty quiet, and staff has been professional and responsive. Thank you!

You don't pay water and you pay gas and electric
Not a good complex they got Mickey and Minnie and they hot water takes a while before you get it if you in the front of the complex
Depends on your credit, but yes they do... My credit needs alot of work and I got approved. Just make sure you do not owe rent to another company and they should be able to work winto you.
