Update: this review was originally a one-star due to a circus of a year staying here. Met with the new property manager, Larry, and he straightened out my issues. Really making an effort to turn things around here unlike previous management.

I've lived here for a little over a year now. First year was fine the second year has brought consistent change and management inability to contact anybody in the front office or maintenance consistently. I've had a leak in my apartment for the past 3 months I have brought it up to them constantly it is never been properly looked at fixed or resolved.

Lived at the Wilcox for well over a year and really enjoyed it. The building is in the best location in wonderful Ballard. The Wilcox is well maintained, has a nice community, great amenities, and an excellent staff and management team. It's also very pet friendly. The rooftop has 360 views across North Seattle. We'll miss living there a lot and would not have left if not for job-relocation.

I had a great experience as a walk-in (no appointment) to find out about pricing and amenities. Larissa at the front desk spent a lot of time answering all my questions clearly and showed me the amenities along with a 'show room' apartment so I could see the feel of the place. Larissa was great and I plan on following up with The Wilcox when my current lease is up for a new place to live. I also met the maintenance team who were on lunch but were very friendly and warm. Extremely nice place.
