I had heard good things about Cherry Street Thai so I ordered lunch for 22 people for an event. I ordered four days in advance. I was charged $720.70 for those meals and scheduled pick-up of the food at the time they set. When we arrived at the designated pick up time for the food, it was not ready had not been prepared. We waited 40 minutes and only 1/2 of the food was ready. We had to take what was ready and leave because we were late for the scheduled luncheon. I live out of the area and have called at least three times daily to resolve this and no one will answer the phone. What is up with this?! Poor form.

Best place to eat hands down! I don't care if you hate Thai. You'll absolutely LOVE this place! Amazing and super friendly staff. You should most definitely come here and at least give it a chance you won't be disappointed I promise!

Got home and opened my “Basil Basil” dish with beef, only problem is that it has no beef in it. Honest mistake, no problem I think, so I give them a call and the lady answers and assures me that it has beef in it. And proceeds to argue with me and say that she cooked it herself. Well, you can see the picture and there is no meat in this dish it’s clear it was forgotten to be cooked in with the dish. So, I ask if they can just remake it and then she tells me the Chef is out for the day… at this point I’m in disbelief because I’m on the phone with her, the apparent chef. Terrible customer experience.

Best Thai food I’ve had in Madrona for sure. Their spiciest food is perhaps not spicy enough, but its still delicious, just not as painful as I’d like. Went and they accidently only made a single order when I wanted two, but ended up making the second within close to five minutes. The service was great and speedy.
