Best experience ever. The staff (wish I had gotten his name!) was very knowledgeable and comprehensive in helping me fix my laptop. The Bellevue Apple Store tried to charge me over $500 for the same service that should’ve been covered under warranty. Will be going here from now on for all my Apple needs! Really wish I would’ve found it sooner. More than just saving me $500, they were honest, friendly, and knew what they were talking about. 10/10

I went in because the keypad on my Macbook Pro was a little sticky. I am so glad I went to Go EBITS to get it checked out. They told me about the post warranty service Apple is providing for my particular model/year. They had to do a discovery diagnosis to make sure it wasn't sticky because I had spilt something on it. Fair. Then the did the repair and I got my laptop much quicker than if I had sent it to Apple. It was a pleasure to work with them. No lines, quick service and they keep current on all things Mac.

These guys are awesome! I was able to get in quickly and they revived my MacBook at no charge. Next they explained the problem to me and taught me how to fix it. Finally, they advised me they could do repairs in the future but because Apple parts are expensive it might be more cost effective to look around for a new computer. I will make the drive back to this shop in the future!

GoEbits successfully replaced my MacBook battery, which I appreciate, but they also refused to give my device back when I needed it. I will be steering well clear of this place next time. GoEbits would not provide an estimate of when they could do the repair, so I was hesitant to leave my laptop with them, but I agreed when the sales rep told me that if I needed it before the repair happened, I could always pick it up again. About a week later, when I tried to do so, they told me they couldn't give it back (because Apple had already shipped the parts, I think). I'm not sure whether we had a simple miscommunication or the sales rep intentionally misled me. In any case, I should've been more careful—and in the future, I will not leave anything I own with GoEbits.
