The store manager had no decency of calling his clients to let them know they were closing the store for 4 months … my wife and I bought a new cell phone and still have not gotten it and TMobile / Sptrint customer service are no help … they are useless. TMobile customer service will not refund me or cancel the order. Apparently, only the store can refund my money. I just don’t know why I stay with TMobile.

I Walked in and everybody greeted me. I had an excellent representative, I had no idea what I wanted and he guided me to a better phone with a trade in promotion I couldn't have asked for a better experience THANK YOU FELIPE AND CREW!!!

Never coming back to this store. I was there waiting for 20 mins and never ask d if I needed help when another customer came in the went right up to them and got there name but just totally ignored me. I just went in side the mall and T-Mobile helped me there way better then the one next to shoe city! Very bad customer service here

Came here tonight to get new 📱 phone My son wanted to switch iPhone to Google Worked with Gio who was helpful and informative. Unfortunately my son had 3 months to go for jump upgrade. My son enjoys his money 💰… so he’s holding off till then. Wait was not too long 15-20. Store was moderately busy with customers
