When i first moved into the mural apartments it was a completely different energy. Everyone was happy to be here, the building felt lively and everyone was so eager to help make my life easier. This was a huge reason for me deciding to move into the building. However over the last year of my living here the conditions have become nothing short of unacceptable. It seems whoever is in charge of managing this building has not only no interest in being of direct assistance beyond responding to emails and reviews but they almost seem to want it to be worse? Many things like the front door not being fully operational for well over 6 months or quite literally no one being in the office because apparently switching to OFF SITE management is some how considered an improvement? Also the alarm beeping at u at full volume as soon as you enter the building is incredibly unpleasant, it happens several times a week and seems to be a priority to no one. Will almost certainly not be resigning my lease. Super unfortunate.

I have been living at Mural for almost a year and a half now and can not even believe how unprofessional and unaccommodating my experiences here have been. From the 2 months it took for them to do my move in paperwork to moving into an apartment that wasn’t move in ready and dealing with them for over a year trying to do the repairs that were needed and took up days and hours of my time. The repair men did insane things like leave a screen in my window that was inches too small and called it fixed then shoved a screen in the window that was too big it was bulging and had a 1” gap and left it like that. The management company blatantly ignore any issues you have. The employees have changed along with the repair people probably 4 times since I have moved in so nobody ever knows anything. I have been locked out of the building and garage 4 times now because the fabs don’t work. It is unfortunate that such a nice building in such a nice location is being run with zero care for there tenants experience. I have had several neighbors get so fed up with neglect of there repairs that they have finally just moved. If you are thinking about living here I would recommend that you think twice if you want a management company who cares about your needs. These are just a few of the many unpleasant experiences I had to deal with since moving in.

I replied to a craigslist ad and setup an appointment to tour. When we got there I was told that the apartment didn't exist. The first person that let us in was bright and friendly. However the person that came to guide us was cold and eyed us suspiciously. We just sat in silence until I asked to go ahead and tour the building anyways. The roof patio was small, but great view. The 1 bedroom apartment we were shown (not the 2 bedroom we came to see), was overall an OK design but was not a true 1 bedroom. The opening had a slide door and gap above it. The materials felt pretty cheap as well. Anyways, the cafes and shops around the building looked great. But the tour experience was just bizarre and unfriendly and I do not appreciate the bait & switch. I do not recommend. But there's like 10 apartments within a block of each other so we will check out those.

I have lived in Mural almost 4 years and really enjoy it. They just recently hired a new maintenance supervisor, Mike, and he’s fantastic. Responds to requests immediately and is always around and available. The location couldn’t be better and the units are very updated and nice
