SO pleased with my experience at Eyemart Express in Tiffany Springs. I had been to four other optical shops before coming here. Jen negotiated the insurance snafu with patience and good humor, and ultimately, my glasses were ready in 47 minutes. The technician ( Apologies, I can’t remember your name) was efficient and professional, and also very pleasant. My glasses are attractive and were reasonably priced. Thank you both.

Broke my glasses over the weekend and 3 hours from home on business. Walk in and Kevin greeted me quickly and asked what I needed. I let him know I needed my glasses fixed or replaced. Got me a new pair of glasses and switched out my lenses. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Unreal customer service and speed!
