Mike, the General Manager, went above and beyond. My frame broke and because it couldn't be fixed he replaced it with a new frame and glasses! Thank you so much!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The worst customer service. The staff is rude and they don't care about what's going on around them. The gentleman that you talk to about your glasses and does your order - AMAZING. I suppose that one star is for him. I have been on hold for 20-30 min on the phone. I received little attention or concern when I needed to do my insurance claim because the staff kept telling me I wasn't covered, I was. I have made multiple trips there. It's a disgrace. STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

Absolutely the worst experience in retail ever! Sales staff promise full replacement anytime for any reason. When you attempt replacement or refund, the General Manager at Americas Best/Worst Contacts and Eyeglasses informs of a $25 warranty that has to be purchased at time of order. Sales staff denies any charge or warranty at time glasses are purchased. Another customer immediately after me ran into the same problem. This store frequently has no doctors in office and many appointments are canceled to be rescheduled. I found the General Manager to be hateful, rude, and condescending. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. TO ADDRESS RESPONSE FROM AMERICA'S BEST CONTACTS AND EYEGLASSES FOLLOWING MY REMARKS. Three phone conversations with the 'corporate' office yielded no different result than the inadequate response by the general manager at the store. In fact, the representative simply echoed almost verbatim what I heard in the beginning. The frames are cheap and fail-prone. The problem is one screw that holds the lense in the frame. The second problem is that I personally know of three customers who were absolutely not advised or offered an option to purchase a warranty for $25. Paying $600 for a pair of glasses would indeed induce one to purchase the warranty. Yet, in six (6) visits to the store to have ONE SCREW and the lense put back into the frame, no one ever offered the opportunity to purchase a warranty. This issue was also experience by my spouse, and while we were in line for the final repair, not a 'remake' as the general manager and corporate office terms it, yet another customer had the same complaint. This is obviously common practice. I suppose the third issue is the reprehensible approach of the general manager. I'm told that "this is now documented in file" by ?who?. I will say that this particular store is no longer in network with my well-known nation-wide insurance company, before my complaint. Their final response through the Better Business Bureau is that "they can't refund because it's too late"; they gave a $100 discount on a different pair of glasses ordered; and one member at the corporate level said that a new replacement pair was forthcoming. Obviously, it's the same style of problematic wire frames, not a different style that I requested which they could have done and won't. I really hope I won't experience a "ground hog day" repeat. Placing ONE SCREW in a wire frame pair of glasses is not a REMAKE. They could offer a refund and won't claiming they can't reimburse and insurance company. Not true. In addition, the insurance company's contribution was in the form of a cash/credit card purchase, which the general manager, Mike, knows full well. If he is ignorant of this fact, he provides yet another reason he should not be there. Please look at my other reviews. I doubt you'll find one that is negative. My comments herein are factual, perhaps fueled by frustration. I just don't want another person to experience anything like this. Their response follows:

Great service from the time I made my appointment until I picked up my glasses. The doctor was thorough and the manager helped me with my glasses purchase. I love my glasses. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
