This was my first time coming here, so I don't know how the place usually looks and operates. But the service was extremely slow for a your pie restaurant. And the restaurant was completely discussing, trash and food was everywhere.

This place used to be great but after my experience last night, my family will never go back. I ordered a bufffalo chicken panini and got a chicken bacon ranch club panini, and they didn’t even give me the bacon that comes on that, my wife ordered pasta and it was cold in the middle. The person making the food had a permanent scowl on her face and made no attempt to be pleasant so, I know it’s hard to find help now but I’d rather not deal with it if it’s this bad.

Line is always out the door. And not in a good way. I don’t know what’s happened in the recent months but this place has gone down hill FAST. There’s always teenagers working, I never see any adults or someone who’s overseeing things. My husband waited for pizza’s on two different occasions, both around an hour each. This is just absolutely ridiculous for the quality of food. Owner/manager- DO SOMETHING!!!

Placed order at 9:47 well before opening for 11:30 pick up and paid for it. Got there at 11:23 and asked, they had to look, it was still on the printer. Finally got it at quarter of 12. I asked about the size because i had paid for a 14", was told that was it. Got home and laid a measuring tape on it, 10". Cost $22.46 and i could have gotten 2 10" lunch pizzas with meats for $8 or 9 bucks a piece. This location sucks. One star because 0 isnt an option. Ate half on way home.
