Monroe, Ga location is absolutely horrible when it comes to service. Customers in the drive thru, walk-in, and Door dash ALL had waits up to 45 minutes! No receipt given as they were out of paper, so you had to hope the cashier (who was super nice) remembered you.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with ranch and a large coke. I received a regular chicken sandwich that look like it been ran over. No sauce just meat and pickles. No ranch. And a MEDIUM coke. Not a single thing I ordered was right.

This McDonald's is a cuckshow of a fast food joint tbh. They mark up the prices of their food because theyre a franchise. The owner called the cops on me when i left a bad review if that tells you anything about management.

Call the district manager or home office they will tske care of them i know thst for a fact possible you woll get cards for free food if they dont give you any ask for them they dont like complaintd or yo lose there jobs

They open at 5:30 am why have 5:00 am on your Google if you're not open then?
