Went in to get my pandora bracelet fixed, one of the charms was stuck on there. Turns out it just needed to be put on differently. The nice girl that worked in the Pandora counter cleaned my bracelet and reorganized it for me. It looks beautiful now! Thankful for the patience, kindness and great customer service! ATTENTIVE, KIND, PATIENT, AND NO-PRESSURE TO BUY STAFF. I walked away purchasing the perfect engagement ring for the love of my life. Initially, I came here to do some research for engagement rings because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend at the time, and the entire staff was super helpful, kind, and patient with me. When I walked into the store, I had no idea what to look for in an engagement ring, but Heather and Kendra were willing to take the time to walk me through the 4Cs (+1, which I find to be just as important) cut, clarity, color, carat (and cost) for the perfect ring! Because these two were so friendly and had no pressure to sell me anything, I knew that this was the place to purchase the ring. I was extremely picky in selecting the perfect diagram while maintaining the 5Cs of purchasing a diamond. We spent about 2 hours overall searching through the catalogs looking for the perfect ring with the right amount of imperfections and shiny color which stayed within my budget. After selecting the perfect ring, Taylor was instrumental in assisting with the design of how the diamond would sit in the engagement band. He was also willing to explore many options until I was satisfied with the overall result. Truly thankful for this all-star team, and will be back for future anniversary gifts! Johnson
