Had a very bad experience at this location due to a very rude eye tech named Nick. Extremely unprofessional and insulting. I've already emailed customer service. I will be following this through. I had to leave my appointment, you all wasted my time. 1 star is too generous.

I’ve been coming here for several years and I have not once had a bad experience here. I went in last week for a contact appointment and every staff member was exceptional. From Sandi who is the store manager here, to Julie and Nicholas who lead my exam. They were all so helpful and kind to me. You could tell they have passion for what they do. They have since moved to the doctors being remote and to me it was more than an eye exam, truly it was an experience that in my opinion I enjoyed. Julie and Nicholas were very knowledgeable and clear about what was going to happen; how each machine operated and the reason behind them. I left with more knowledge about my eyes, a trial pair of contacts, and a heart of gratitude that has since led me here to write this google review. Continue being the wonderful people that you are, we cannot please everyone and we cannot achieve perfection but you guys have a wonderful heart despite other reviews. I will return to dr.visionworks and this location in particular. high praises.
