Stopped in a few years ago to get my car serviced on a rough day. Lost my phone charger, My kid was irritable and I was exhausted but it was my only day off to get my vehicle serviced. Angie Njuki was the first person to assist me. She smiled and brought my kid a lollipop and toys to play with. Then she came back with a loaner charger which she ended up letting me keep. As we waited, she explained my vehicle down to a T! She was Knowledgeable, patient, friendly and smart. Angie really knew her stuff when it comes down to cars and I was so impressed. My day was now so much smoother as we waited for services to be finished because of her. Once my car was finished I was WOWed! I have never received such great care at any other dealership in the past. I am now a regular customer of hers. First impressions are everything and this is why I am still a loyal, satisfied customer.
