Wish I could give this review -1,000,000 stars. Every single time I try I go here I regret it instantly. Not a single person working here could pour water out of a boot with the instructions on the heel. They only care about forcing you to buy there unnecessary packaging, just send a package and you will leave with a headache.

Great post office. Been going there for years and never had an issue. Fast, efficient, and friendly!

Zero stars. Passport appointments are a nightmare. They run at least 45 minutes behind. Staff are incredibly rude. I would never come here again.

A recent immigrant wants to receive mail at her 20852 address that she shares with a relative, but has been unable to do so. I tried sending her a letter but it wasn't delivered. How can this be resolved?

Contact the post master for your branch. They should be able to help you resolve this issue.

Go ahead and call ahead since availability of stamps are limited. Google map questions are for general usage not about store products. I hope this helps.

My package has never got to it's destination any one in a similar situation?

If you have a tracking number then log onto the usps.com web site and check the history. If you used a service with warranty you may get reimbursed if the package was lost. In most cases packages are stolen from people's front door. Lots of videos on ring.com about this. Ask the destination if they have any videos and provide them the date/time that usps indicates the delivery was made.
