Incompetent and ignorant, not able to resolve issue and wasted customers valuable time. I sent a certified mail with return receipt. The package has been delivered 9 days ago. I never received the return receipt which I additionally paid ($3.25). I visited this USPS office in the morning. The front staff said he doesn't have the authority to refund it so I need to come back in the afternoon when his boss is in the office. I revisited, the same front staff checked my receipt/tracking number again, then disappeared to talk his manager. I waited for several minutes. He finally returned then said he can't refund it and i should wait for 21 days. Are you kidding me? Basically he said I need to visit this office 3rd time a few weeks later, for $3.25 refund? I requested to talk with the manager. He appeared few minutes later, said same thing. I complained why he didn't explain it in the morning then I didn't visit twice for nothing? He answered his staff didn't know it and he didn't know it either until he checked some rules. What a waste of time, more than one hour including 2 rounds trip to the office?

I was professional mail carrier in this Post Office. I had an argument with my supervisor (Ms. Earlishia). She was always very hostile and dismissive with me. This is her usual way of communication with everybody in the Post Office. I put up with her up to until May 6th, 2022 and that day I felt harassed and I said; I could not take this bullying behavior anymore. I was shaking and I though the best thing to do is walk away from the environment. I went to Montgomery County Crises Center and talked to therapist, I understood how important to work in a friendly, loving environment. I consider myself hard working employee. I have never taking a single sick- day or missed a work day. I received 2 awards during my employment in 8 years. I hope the management conduct an investigation about the supervisor and improve the working conditions for other colleagues. However, it was not possible to work such a hostile environment under this supervisor. Same day I gave my resignation. I hope they changed their Postmaster, Manager and Supervisors. They're definitely unprofessional on their job! Smile is very important. Yelling, screaming is not working in Post Office!
