Overall, the work thats done with my car is great. They take some time to get the work done to your car but the job is amazing. I had my back my camera and touch screen radio installed. They did a great job and price was great, be patient and results will follow.

Greatest thief of all times git no service and still waiting for my refund. You no its bad business when the owner MIKE KELLEY has to put a 5 start review on is on business witha quote "boss and sassy". Not even the suppliers deliver with out payment first when i got to the door which its always closed was a UPS ticket on the door with big letter COD (cash on delivery) that's who credible that clown is. Don't waste your time never mind your money on that circus An year later and still didn't refund my $600 For the sound system that he never installed

I looked at the reviews before making my appointment and was very excited to find such a well rated location that was local to me. I did get a well installed starter with a professional installation. So I give 2 stars for that. Unfortunately, everything else was less than professional. When I made the appointment for my remote starter they neglected to inform me to bring both keys for my car. My car has 2 keys, not a fob and a key, 2 identical keys and both are needed to program the remote start. I had no idea that was a thing. It feels like something that Car Tunes should have known was a thing but at least they apologized profusely for not letting me know. This oversight resulted in my having to leave work, drive 30 minutes home to find the second key to drop it off and drive 30 mins back to work. Thank goodness I had a friend willing to drive me around at the drop of a hat and didn't have to uber, or use public transport. If this was the only thing that went wrong, I wouldn't be upset. I'd just chalk it up to "live and learn, who knew a car having 2 keys could interfere with a remote start." These things happen, right? Sadly, that merely set the tone for the rest of the installation. I dropped my car off at 9am. They closed at 5 and requested the car all day. I said I would return for my vehicle at 4:30 and was told that this was "great!" and that it would be ready without issue. At 6pm, I was still waiting for my vehicle. Apparently, the genius owner of Car Tunes (a business that heavily advertises Remote Starters and the installation there-of) completely failed to keep Remote Starters in stock. Now, I could understand if I was a walk in. But I made an appointment last week. They knew for a week my car would be there for a Remote Starter installation.... I'm struggling to understand how they didn't know you need to at bare minimum have enough Starters in stock for the amount of appointments you have scheduled that day. So despite the fact that my car was dropped off at 9am, in accordance with my appointment time, I had to wait an hour and a half for my car. No one called me to let me know my car was going to be late either. I would have stayed at work another hour to make up for what I already lost bringing them the second key but instead I sat for an hour and a half in a cold waiting area. Being offered a discount would have been nice for the multiple cock-ups Car Tunes had made at this point. I didn't demand it but it would have been nice. They cost me an hours wages failing to mention anything about the second key when I made my appointment, after all. And cost me the opportunity to make up those wages by neglecting to call me and let me know they had to spend 2 hours of my installation time chasing down a Remote Starter that should have been in stock. Instead, when I checked out I was hassled to pay cash. They advertise on the website AND social media that they accept credit... and on the door.... and have the Visa/ Mastercard/ Discover symbols right by the register. Yet I was given a guilt trip multiple times by the cashier that the boss would kill him for accepting my credit card. The credit card I was VERY clear about paying with when I booked the appointment. Encouraging your employees to pressure people to bring cash looks sketchy as Hell, and I hope the owner reconsiders his stance on this. Not only that but its winter... the sun goes down at 4 and Car Tunes is a business where people have to leave their cars at Car Tunes. I was fortunate enough to have a ride but, if I hadn't had a ride, I should hope it is obvious why someone walking, or using public transport after dark and carrying a large amount of cash is a bad idea. I wish I had had a 5 star experience. I love to support small and local business but I simply didn't. I would not recommend Car Tunes to a friend.
