We have dealt with this pharmacy for 3 years and they usually make excuses why prescription isn’t ready or don’t have the medication needed. We have waited over 30 days for prescription refill and then they call and say they don’t have the amount prescribed but can get a few days… said ok go to pick up and still not ready… so frustrating

A little late posting this, but these guys (gals) are amazing. I took my father in law there to pick up his prescription. Dr had a coupon he gave with the script, but for the incorrect amount of meds.. Total was 3x what was expected! No worries though, The new lady at the window (I believe it was her second day) talked to her manager and got him a reduced price that was LOWER than the coupon price. Once again, amazing. Excellent customer service and overall great experience even though the coupon did not work. Thank y'all so very much! You guys are very much appreciated!!!!

Every time I go to pick up a prescription most of the pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Whether it’s in person or through the drive thru window the staff always has an attitude. The way things are said and how they sound are horrible. They act like it’s a chore to fill a prescription. A simple fix would be to go to another Publix but that’s 20 mins away, which is inconvenient. I shouldn’t have to move pharmacies based off of people not knowing or having the decency of treating others with respect. I would understand if it was one employee, but it’s many.

A friend and I went here to get a COVID booster. Their website said they took walk-ins, but when we asked for help, they told us we needed to make an appointment online. When we went to do so, it didn’t give us any time options and just signed us up for a time the next day that didn’t work for us. Honestly this was really disappointing. In a climate where they could have been so informative and helpful, they pretty rudely ignored us. Going to Walgreens.
