Waiting room is nice but maintenance center staff is dismissive if you ask for any explanation of problems. I’m not a car person but when im going to pay a premium over other locations I do want to understand what the service is for.

I had a great experience with the car itself but felt like I got scammed with the extras and them telling me my trade in was worth $50. What a joke. Do not buy the Zurich package. It is far too complicated and not as described. Eric sold me a service package and would not take it off when asked and would not discuss it in writing.
