Literally was reprimanded by the young man taking orders for "ordering incorrectly" before I finished my first sentence. Experience went down hill from there. Got home and saw my "chicken" looked more like pigeon. Choose a different location.

A couple of days ago I had a very scary experience at this location, I went through the drive thru and was told "sorry were out of chicken " I said it's but aren't you open until 10? The man on the speaker said yes, I said well that's terrible especially because he all of a sudden kicked the back door open and yelled saying hey because I was getting ready to drive off, I stopped and he said well what did you want I have some spicy and dark, I told him nevermind and to stay away from my window because could see he was very mad and asked him for his name and he said he wouldn't give it to me. I then just left, I have been trying to call since but the phone just rings and rings. I cannot believe that an employee representing their company would do something like this I will continue to call until I can talk to a live person, but anyone going to this location needs to be careful.

Worst experience at Church's ever! When you spend $40 you expect to get what you paid for. The entire order was wrong, I tried calling them to tell them it was wrong, since you can not go inside. Employees were great, however they messed up the order and were understaffed. All of this after waiting 35 minutes to order.

I ordered six additional on the side honey butter biscuits and only received three. Now considering this is an on going issue. I recommend no loyal churches customer do not come to this store. Also I have tried calling them from multiple phone lines and get no answer. This truest outrageous from a paid service to failing to meet customer expectations of customer service. Has well as failing to meet the guidelines of owning and operating a business. Has well as the kitchen was extremely dirty. It was disgusting seeing flour, and other items all over the floor.
