The employees seemed very unhappy. I don't recall anyone saying hello or thank you. I just spent $31.00. The least you can do is say "thank you " . I wonder if they realize that there are other people looking for jobs. If they are disgruntled; then leave. It's not good to treat your customers rude. I never even got my Okra I ordered. I was in Santa Rosa NM, when I unpacked everything.

Eww, Ick. Don't go here, the service is slow, the chicken is overcooked, the okra is tasteless, and the potatoes smell like BO. I don't know what happened to the chain, but it is not good. I am hoping that this was an isolated experience and things aren't as bad as they appeared today. I will say that the boy wiring the window was kind and friendly. That is the only reason I would give them one star. Also the food is overpriced. I spent close to $17 for just myself. A 2 piece meal, a side of okra and a piece of peach cobbler.

I visited on Saturday early afternoon around 1130, I went in the drive thru and everything was perfect. The drive thru employees were so nice & happy. Food was perfect.

Nice new building. The service was fast and friendly, and the chicken and biscuits were great as long as Churches chicken is something you like.
